Advanced Electrolysis – Will it scar me?

This client had around 25 Skin tags on her neck. Skin tags are causes by friction so are commonly found around the neck, groin and armpits and are painlessly removed with Electrolysis.

 

Electrolysis is safe and permanent. As a fully trained Electolysist / Electrologist I removed all her skin tags in one session and she was thrilled, I also removed a large one from her Eyelid.

 

This image demonstrates what you should expect immediately after Electrolysis. Essentially a small hair like probe is used with a very low and safe amount of calculated current to cauterise the blemish within a few seconds.

 

As you can see here this causes a small histamine reaction so the blemish becomes slighly red and swollen and this very quickly subsides. The skin tags here become dessicated and will fall off usually in a week leaving no trace, larger tags with “necks” can be completely removed at treatment.

 

You should expect tiny pin prick like scabs that will heal as any other scab would, it is unrealistic to assume there will be no trace after Electrolysis this creates a small wound and the body will react naturally. Often with tiny scabs or in the case of the case of red vein treatment it can appear as bramble scratches.

 

Treatment for Advanced Electrolysis blemish removal is very fast sessions are usually 15 minutes for most treatments.

 

When treated by a fully trained skilled professional there is minimal chance of issues.
