Cyst treatment procedure
Treatment involves gently warming the contents of the lesion to make it easier for cysts extraction, the contents where possible are extracted this is generally a painfree technique with often times immediate reduction in appearance.
The area may be red and slightly swollen initially.
Treatment can encourage the removal of the sac for permanent removal, where the sac remains it is possible to refill over time. Clients choose my treatment rather than surgery, stitches and scarring. Additional treatments may be required but I do aim to reduce as much as I can!
This treatment is no longer offered by the NHS as considered cosmetic.
