You agree to our terms when using our clinic

Treatment schedules:

There is no guarantee made with any treatments, every case is individual. Clients are responsible for strict aftercare adherance, recommended aftercare or skincare is necessary for maximum results. 

You may require more than 1 treatment, no guarantee is given as to how many treatments may be required or results from these treatments. 

Each session is chargeable as an individual booking/session. Treatment of issue to solution is not included in the price, subsequent treatments are chargeable.

Cancellation policy, lateness and arrival

Please arrive on time for your appointment, or we cannot guarantee your treatment. If you are going to be late, please notify us as soon as possible at hello@loudskinclinic.co.uk or via message.
Please do not arrive more than 5 mins early, the door will remain locked until we are ready for your appointment at which time, we will invite you in.
Please park on the drive so as not to disturb the neighbours.
Appointments will be adjusted where possible at our discretion, arrivals after 10 minutes late will be cancelled as a no show, full payment applies.
Please arrive with no makeup for face treatments.

You confirm that you are over the age of 18, or if under 18 will be accompanied by a parent/guardian, you must message to discuss before booking or your treatment will be refused for insurance purposes and may still be charged.

Payment methods:

Cash, card, bank transfer or voucher, payment must be made before leaving clinic.
The easiest way for to pay by card is by scanning my QR code I can send to you via message or scan in clinic, this is completely secure done via third party professional payment provider, I do not see nor have access to any of your private payment details.

Children & guests:

Please note I only allow 1 client in the clinic, guests may wait in their car alternatively there is a scenic nature reserve (Eatock Lodge) just up the road. No children are permitted under any circumstances unless having treatment themselves, if you arrive with children, you will be refused service and charged in full for your allocated appointment.

Redeemable Consultations:

Some treatments require a consultation this may be via online form, in clinic or virtual.

Your consultation fee demonstrates my strict value on providing a quality service to which I book out time from other possible treatments and demonstrates your engagement in the treatment process, therefore.
1) The consultation fee is deducted from treatment or products totalling £50 or more. Should you proceed, consultation fee will be deducted from the total.
2) The consultation fee is non-refundable or transferable should the discussed treatment not be booked for a future date within 48 hours of consultation.
3) Consultation non- attendance will forfeit your payment.

Non-refundable deposit:

1. A non-refundable booking fee is required to allocate your appointment, any remaining balance paid for at your clinic appointment, transfer, card, and cash accepted.
2. Any forms will be sent via email, completed prior to your appointment without these your appointment may be cancelled, and you may still be charged.
3. Acceptance of your order will be confirmed by us via email/ message or verbal confirmation at which point you enter a contract with us. This allows us to check your completed online forms ensuring suitability; we reserve the right to adjust allocated timings.
4. It is client responsibilty to remember appointments, no reminders will be sent.
5. Nonattendance forfeits your deposit.

Cancellation and Booking Policy

Consultations: Some treatments require a consultation prior this may be via online form, in clinic or virtual. Please ensure you book a consultation where one is required, or your appointment will be cancelled and may still be charged. Rearranging bookings: You can MOVE your booking up to 72 hrs prior to your appointment by emailing hello@loudskinclinic.co.uk or message us. Note repeat moving will revoke your ability to book as it creates unfillable gaps in my diary. Covid/ Illness: If you are unwell, it is expected you will be aware prior to your appointment. You must notify me within the below timescales. Discretion will be applied in all cases, if you are unwell e.g with a cold, I would appreciate it if you could inform me in advance so I can decide whether to rearrange, being ill myself means I cannot work and could pass onto those at risk. <br>

Any remaining balance will be charged if your card is saved on file, or we issue a payment request. Future bookings will require 100% payment upfront and/or refusal of further bookings.

Non-refundable Deposit

Treatment fee/ booking fee is required to secure your appointment, this may be rolled over to subsequent treatments.

All bookings are taken via Email/Message, ensure you enter the correct contact details and check that booking email arrives. Any text/email reminders may be sent usually 5 days before your appointment allowing ample time to reschedule, this is a complimentary service not a guarantee. Non attendance forfeits your deposit.

Treatment age:

Disability:

There is a outside step that may make accessibility difficult, I will forward a photo for you to determine, please contact me.
Service animals are welcome. There is no toilet in the Clinic.

Treatment Courses

When booking a course you accept Loud Skin Clinic standard policies this includes lateness/cancellations.

Cancelling courses: If you have any concerns please contact me in the first instance to discuss.
Please ensure the treatment is right for you before booking. To cancel a course medical evidence of exemption may be required.

By booking a treatment course a reduced rate is often applied and/or upgrades/offers/free products/extra treatments/extra sessions included.
Where part of a course is cancelled any refund offered will be calculated based as the stardard single treatment rate without any course rate reduction, any additional free treatments / upgrades/ skincare etc that was included as part of the original course offer will be deducted from the refund.

Attendance terms apply as standard this means if you are late, your treatment may be cancelled or reduced to fit the remaining time. If you cancel late or for non-attendance you will lose a treatment from your course where this has been prepaid or you will be required to pay for that missed appointment where you pay as you go.

Medical advice:

Please note, certain conditions or medications mean we cannot treat you or require a doctor’s note to confirm we are safe to treat, if in doubt please contact us before booking. We cannot provide medical advice or guidance and are not a substitute for this. We are unable to diagnose or prescribe medication and may refer you back to your doctor before if we judge your condition to be a health risk.

Competitions:

When you submit your details you will receive occassional emails, you will be automatically be entered into each competition as long as you stay on the email list. You can opt out at any time by emailing me with the words OPT OUT. Standard terms apply when entering competitions in addition to:
Winner will be announced and contacted via DM on the platform you entered on after the follower level has been hit or requirements met.
Please ensure you follow all the required steps or your entry will not be counted.
Prizes are non-transferable and there is no substitute or cash alternative. You must come in for your treatments/prizes within 21 days or the prize will be forfeited without exception. Cancelling within 72 hours of arranged treatment will forfeit prize.
Winner must be deemed suitable to have treatment following consultation.
Photos/videos of your treatments are required for marketing purposes and reviews provided. Treatment dates are subject to availability. Anyone over 18 can apply, including existing clients.
You must be in the local area to be able to travel to the Westhoughton clinic. Loud Skin Clinic reserves the right to withdraw prizes as our standard terms apply. By entering the prize draw you are accepting our policies.
These competitions are in no way affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, or any skincare brand.

Gift Vouchers:

A physical copy can be purchased from our Westhoughton Skin clinic or one can be sent to a recipient via Email to be printed or used as a digital copy.
Important: You must bring your voucher to your appointment as proof of payment, losing a voucher means this is void. A voucher code must be presented for digital vouchers. You may top up any amount using cash where a treatment value exceeds voucher total.

Voucers are non transferrable and must be used by the recipient named. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase more vouchers.
If a digital copy is purchased you must clearly state the receipient email address, this will be sent soon after purchase if you do not want the receipient to receive the voucher via email immediately please state your email address.

Treatment / special offer voucher:
Sometimes we offer unique treatment vouchers these are limited edition for shorter promotional periods and must be used by the date stated . These are subject to availability and offer may be withdrawn at any time.

These vouchers may be for a treatment rather than cash value, vouchers cannot be combined with other offers or swapped for other treatments., vouchers can ot be used as payment to purchase more vouchers.

Skincare refunds:

Please contact me to discuss refunds/returns authorisation before commencing any return.
You may cancel any order unless this has been custom ordered in for you. You have 7 days after the day of receipt to request a return, you have up to 14 days to return the item to our clinic. <br>The item must then for hygeine reasons be as new, in original condition, sealed and fit for resale. Where an adverse event or reaction occurs please contact me.

You are responsible for returning the product via trackable, insured service. Where we deem an item is unfit for return for example item is used in our opinion you have 28 days to arrange a collection at your expense.

Innapropriate behaviour:

Our clinic has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, making staff feel uncomfortable, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the service or to cancel or refuse bookings at our discretion.
Inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated, we have a zero tolerance policy and will report any incidents to police and surrounding salons.
