We take your privacy seriously; Loud Skin Clinic are the data controller. We only store what is necessary to provide requested services and give you the information regarding those services or products needed to complete your service. By law we are permitted to use your information where it is necessary to provide our service for example to arrange appointments via our booking software or contact you regarding your order.   

We collect information about you if you contact us via any source such as phone, online, paper or email. This information may include name, email address, IP address, transaction history, health history and allergies to determine suitability for treatments amongst others.

Your account and card information are stored on secure servers. Access is granted only to entrusted contractors. 

Clients under 16 will require signed parental/guardian consent for data capture and use prior to treatment. 

Data will be stored by law for 7 years minimum under fully GDPR compliant procedures for accounting and legal purposes. In order to create and account for you Loud Skin Clinic needs to retain some personal information this will be used in line with GDPR and UK privacy legistlation.

You are responsible for all activity associated with your account and password. Should you wish to close your account please email us to action, availability to order, book and receive contact from us will be lost. You can reopen an account, but all historic information will be lost.

We may share your data where:

1. a) You have authorised us to do so
2. b) It is required by Law or Government for prevention of crime.
3. c) Where it is deemed necessary by us that doing so may protect your or others safety.

We may provide links to third parties however we are not responsible for their privacy policy.

When becoming a client of our clinic you agree to our privacy policy, terms, and conditions.

By becoming a client you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept all our terms and that the information you provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

We will not sell your information, certain functions of our website may access your data in line with necessary usage. Your information will not be shared, it is required to ensure we can  provide a safe treatment for you.   

We will not give out your customer data but are controlled by the law and legally must provide required information if requested e.g. Police. 

If we feel you are in danger we have a duty of care to alert authorities.
